Before you ask
There is no fixed minimum. Single units are fine for samples and replacement parts; volume pricing starts to apply from full-box and full-tray quantities.
Yes. We supply new, original parts sourced through authorized distribution channels. Every serial number is checked against the manufacturer record before dispatch, and we do not sell refurbished stock.
T/T bank transfer is standard. Terms can be discussed for repeat customers and larger orders. Payment details are confirmed on the proforma invoice, never changed by email later without a phone call.
Usually yes. Send the manufacturer part number and quantity. If it is available in our distributor network we will quote it; if it is not, we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.
Express courier is typically 3–7 working days door to door depending on destination. Tracking is shared the same day the parcel is handed to the courier.
